About Personalized Yoga Therapy Sessions:

As humans, we all have misalignments, limitations and specific needs in our bodies. By learning how to use the power of your mind's intention, with proper/full diaphragmatic breath, specific anatomical alignment principles, and therapeutic adjustments, you can find your way back in into balance and help relieve pain and discomfort in your body.

Not all styles of yoga have the same effect on the body. My approach is rooted in the tradition of Anusara yoga. This eloquent form of yoga provides an "open-hearted" philosophy of intrinsic goodness, along with sophisticated alignment principles that are universal, therapeutic and wonderfully healing.

As a student and practitioner of yoga, massage, and other forms of bodywork, I understand that creating balance is an ongoing experience. Therefore, it is in my best interest to continuously deepen my understanding of yoga and the body through consistent study and learning from my teachers.

I am passionately dedicated to both the tradition and the evolution of yoga.

In our one-on-one sessions, I will guide you through your own, personalized yoga practice, paying attention to your specific needs. Manual/physical adjustments will be given when necessary, to help achieve optimal alignment. Throughout this program, written handouts will be provided, including personalized exercises that are to be practiced between sessions.

Initial Consultation: 1 1/2 hours ~ $120.00
Therapy Sessions: 1 hour ~ $85.00/each
*11 Therapy Sessions (Full Program): ~ $900.00
